1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between pak65 ("pak65", "we", "us", "our") and the individual or entity registering for or using any service offered on the pak65 platform ("you", "the Member", "the User"). By accessing the pak65 website, completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the pak65 platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understood their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms without qualification;
• You satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorised in writing by pak65.

These Terms apply in conjunction with pak65's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pak65 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership;
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of pak65, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the pak65 platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously had a pak65 account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the pak65 platform or any associated gaming network.

pak65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the membership lifecycle, including but not limited to at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion that eligibility criteria are not met. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Where pak65 has reasonable grounds to believe that a member is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated funds frozen pending verification. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all wagers placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings accumulated during any period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pak65 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pak65 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak65 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

When registering your pak65 account, you agree to provide information that is:

• Accurate, complete, and truthful at the time of submission;
• Kept current and updated promptly in the event of any change to your personal details;
• Consistent with the identity and payment method documentation you provide during verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak65 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pak65 support immediately at [email protected].

pak65 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where the provision of false information is detected, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account would place pak65 in breach of its compliance obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pak65 supports the following Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the pak65 cashier at the time of the transaction and may be updated from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the pak65 platform:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment is not permitted;
• pak65 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts on the same business day, subject to security checks and payment provider processing times;
• pak65 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation;
• In the event that a deposit is made in error, you must contact pak65 support promptly. pak65 is under no obligation to reverse deposits once funds have been credited to your account balance;
• pak65 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pak65 accepts no responsibility;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, to the extent technically possible, as part of pak65's anti-money-laundering controls.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pak65 platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and kabaddi, are governed by pak65's Sports Betting Rules. Casino games, live dealer tables, and slot products are governed by the respective game provider rules displayed within each game interface.

The following general betting conditions apply across all pak65 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak65 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in the case of a demonstrable system error;
• pak65 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an odds or pricing error, whether the error was caused by a human, system, or data feed failure;
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per member account. These limits are determined by pak65 at its sole discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice;
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your pak65 account balance within the timeframes specified in the relevant product rules;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of pak65 is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

pak65 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any member who is found to be engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, coordinated wagering, or any other practice that pak65 determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair and recreational gambling.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm acceptance of the specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be restricted based on account status, geography, deposit method, or other criteria stated in the offer;
• Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each bonus offer;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds, after satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal;
• pak65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, subject to the terms of that specific offer;
• Any attempt to abuse the pak65 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using prohibited wagering patterns — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak65 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the pak65 platform;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the pak65 platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak65 staff or other members through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the pak65 platform or its software;
• Using the pak65 platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

8 Responsible Gaming

pak65 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices for all members across Pakistan. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every pak65 member at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts to control how long you spend on the platform in a single sitting;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders that display your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the pak65 platform for periods ranging from one week to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the selected period has elapsed.

pak65 will never contact a self-excluded member with marketing communications during the exclusion period. Members who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will have the new account closed immediately upon detection.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak65 platform, including but not limited to the pak65 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software and code, game content, graphics, text, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak65 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak65 platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any pak65 content;
• Create derivative works based on pak65 content;
• Use the pak65 brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror the pak65 website on any other domain or platform.

Any unauthorised use of pak65 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pak65.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak65 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the pak65 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime;
• Errors in odds pricing or game outcomes that are subsequently corrected;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the pak65 platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

pak65 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the pak65 platform is at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data

pak65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pak65 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pak65 collects personal information for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and age verification;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions;
• Compliance with anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations;
• Delivering and improving pak65 products and services;
• Communicating with you about your account, promotions, and platform updates (subject to your communication preferences);
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pak65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak65 will provide notice to active members via email or a prominent notification on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter member rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the pak65 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting pak65 support. Any wagers placed or transactions initiated before the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in force at that time.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak65's international operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pak65 platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact pak65 support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period (not less than 14 days) for pak65 to investigate and respond to your complaint;
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved informally, you may escalate your complaint through pak65's formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from the support team;
3. Final Resolution: Where a dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint stage, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international gaming regulatory body under whose framework pak65 operates.

You agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against pak65.
